How important is spirituality in your life?
I find it very fortunate that I was raised in a Christian home. My dad was my pastor and mentor all my life. Even four years after his life here came to an end, his words still echo in my heart.
“Christ must be the head of everything you do in life.” He’d say. I have found this to be true. Although I haven’t always heeded these words, and tried many times to leave Christ out and do things my way without Him.
But what I found is that those words my dad lived by ring so true. I can’t do things on my own. It is only through Christ that my life runs smoothly. It is only with Christ that I can fight and win life’s challenges.
So I’d say spirituality is a very important part of my life. Because with Christ as the head of everything I do- everything works out for my good.
If your life is a mess- check and see who is in control. If you are calling all the shots, hand it over to Christ and see what a difference it makes. You will be amazed at the how many mistakes and wrong turns you’ve been taking. Let Him steer you to a better path. He’s only waiting on you to let go and give it to Him.
